Nous avons le plaisir de vous annoncer que notre prochaine réunion annuelle aura lieu le samedi 3 novembre 2012.

Elle se tiendra à Wisma Malagnou, 98 rue de Malagnou, de 12H00 à 16H00.

Veuillez noter que cette reunion sera sous forme de buffet canadien, donc vous le désirez, vous pouvez apporter toutes sortes de vos spécialités gastronomiques à votre convenance.

L’agenda de la reunion sera comme suit :

1.       Accueil / Ouverture

2.       Rapport des activités et financier 2011-2012

3.       Présentation des activités et projets 2013

4.       Déjeuner et discussion entres membres sur des éventuels nouveaux projets en 2013

5.       Clôture de la reunion

La venue de tous les membres sera très attendue ainsi que les non-membres désirant rejoindre à l’AIJ.

Dear AIJ’s members,

We are happy to announce that our next annual meeting will be held on Saturday, November 3rd 2012.

It will take place at Wisma Malagnou, 98 rue de Malagnou, Geneva, as from 12:00am to 4:00pm.

Please be informed, as last year, that we will organize a potluck lunch. You are so requested, if not too bothered, to please bring any of your specialities food.

The program will be as follow :

1.     Welcome / Opening remarks

2.     Activities and financial reports during the period 2011-2012

3.     Presentation of 2013 activities and projects planning

4.     Lunch and brain storming on any new projects 2013

5.     Closing

We are really looking forward all members to be present. For non-members who would like to joint AIJ, you are all most welcome. This is the perfect time to find out what the association has in store for you this year as well as to catch-up with the existing members.
